Yesterdays visit went well until I went to pick up my car. Cashier said car will be brought out to you. Went outside waited awhile 15 mins went back to cashier n reminded her I’m still waiting no other car. Cashier said car will be brought out to you. Went outside waited awhile 15 mins went back to cashier n reminded her I’m still waiting no other customers in sight so she pages my car again. 5 minutes later my car pulls up n driver gets out and walks away. So I go to my car that’s running he left keys on dashboard that’s fine but drivers side running board is all scuffed black my steering wheel is dirty. Last visit before that I had oil change and service a two months later my engine light goes on while out of town and turns out I had no oil. So service is not as good as it use to be. It’s a shame because I really use to like going to Mark Christopher for last 10 years. More
Had an appointment at 10 and left my truck all day and nothing was done to it . very upsetting! They also didn’t have any rental to give me so now I have to make another appointment for the same thing . nothing was done to it . very upsetting! Service needed not being approved by management due to being under warranty.
