I went in for a vehicle inspection and to program a key. When my car was ready they told me they couldn’t program the key BUT they still had to charge me for “trying” and the inspection was good except my c When my car was ready they told me they couldn’t program the key BUT they still had to charge me for “trying” and the inspection was good except my car has a small oil leak and when I asked what can we do to fix that they told me I would need to make another appointment and they will tell me what I need to do on the next appointment… Will NOT be going back to this place again More

I guess because of the pandemic, there’s not enough communication for the customer sitting and waiting for service. I understand not having face to face contact, but at least text or email giving updat communication for the customer sitting and waiting for service.
