Had an appointment at 10 and left my truck all day and nothing was done to it . very upsetting! They also didn’t have any rental to give me so now I have to make another appointment for the same thing . nothing was done to it . very upsetting! Yesterdays visit went well until I went to pick up my car. Cashier said car will be brought out to you. Went outside waited awhile 15 mins went back to cashier n reminded her I’m still waiting no other car. Cashier said car will be brought out to you. Went outside waited awhile 15 mins went back to cashier n reminded her I’m still waiting no other customers in sight so she pages my car again. 5 minutes later my car pulls up n driver gets out and walks away. So I go to my car that’s running he left keys on dashboard that’s fine but drivers side running board is all scuffed black my steering wheel is dirty. Last visit before that I had oil change and service a two months later my engine light goes on while out of town and turns out I had no oil. So service is not as good as it use to be. It’s a shame because I really use to like going to Mark Christopher for last 10 years. More

Service needed not being approved by management due to being under warranty. I bought most of my Automobiles at MC. I love the service at MC and I also like the service managers . I will keep on taking my Automobiles to MC for service , for as long as l live . I had a coupon and the service advisor didn’t let me use it. When asking the other service advisors about it they knew which writer it was and they all called him a lazy A**. Julie is the writer I normally it. When asking the other service advisors about it they knew which writer it was and they all called him a lazy A**. Julie is the writer I normally always get help from and she always is kind and professional. I also went as far to speak with Matt the service manager and was unable to actually get a chance to speak with him about the issue. He did reach out once but I was in a meeting and couldn’t talk at the time he called. After that I couldn’t reach him. I purchased my truck from this facility and I will probably go somewhere else moving forward. The coupon was to take simply $20 off a service and it wouldn’t be honored. The coupon literally said “just show the service advisor” and he would give to me. The writers name started with a D I believe. Very bad customer service from this guy. More
