Although my problem could be fixed they honestly recommended not doing so as to repair costs would service centers, dealers as well as regular shops. Probably the worst service out of any business I’ve ever been to ever in my entire life. The communication was horrible because the service advisor had no idea how to explain what was wrong with my vehicle been to ever in my entire life. The communication was horrible because the service advisor had no idea how to explain what was wrong with my vehicle to me. There was no estimation for a completion date. there was no estimation for a part that was ordered arriving. The service advisor to this day could never explain to me what part was needed his exact words were some sort of fuel something. After five days of being stranded with no vehicle I begged for a loaner vehicle or a rental car and another service advisor chimed in to sarcastically tell me there’s no such thing as rental cars on all of planet earth When the part finally arrived at the dealership the service advisor called me to tell me the part had arrived however the technician had not shown up for work in two days. How is the staffing of your business my problem? If you’re understaffed I suggest you hire more people or simply don’t take on any new customers that you can adequately take care of. More
