The repair was fine, but the communication was poor, in both the scope of the problem and the resolution. We were promised two new keys, got none. All in all we had a pretty good experience. This was the only dealership we could find in CA that had the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was dirty when we arrived and head a stained headliner indicating a l only dealership we could find in CA that had the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was dirty when we arrived and head a stained headliner indicating a leak. The service dept. found the leak but it could not be repaired that day. This all should have been done prior to putting the vehicle on the lot. I had to take a day and a half off to get the repair done. Needed a new headliner and rear window. Price was ok but nothing to brag about. More
