They did not complete the task I originally scheduled appointment for very rude and unprofessional I scheduled a re call which was fixed and my power steering to be fixed as well , they completely ignore appointment for very rude and unprofessional I scheduled a re call which was fixed and my power steering to be fixed as well , they completely ignored the power steering problem and took 12 hours to fix an ignition switch than proceeded to be rude to me the whole time I was picking my car up . I was told “ray” would help me I didn’t speak to him not once there Was not a single person in your staff who was helpful they were all extremely unprofessional and rude to me the whole time I was there it was a very frustrating Experience , your staff was not helpful at all And made me schedule an appointment just to wait 4 hours in a line that was completely pointless I had appointment scheduled for 7:00AM I did not have a staff member help me untill 10:30 not acceptable. 45 minutes to check-in car even with a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. 2 services on the invoice that said I declined them at 15:19. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to bring my car out after I paid for the service. More
