The service department lost my keys, along with my viper pager alarm remote $130. They broke the fuel tank shield, which I did go back and had them replace. The drive shaft was almost all the way loose, ended up scratching the fuel tank, luckily I found it in time and tightened the only remaining nut that was literally hanging on by one thread, before any real damage happened. I was charged list price for the fuel pump, despite being told it was discounted. The service advisor wants me to go back a third time to get reimbursed for a replacement remote. Im super busy all of the time, I'll try to make time, I would have given an extra star if they had made it 100% right on the second visit. The entire reason i sent the truck there to get fixed is because I don't have time to do it myself, with all the extra trips and stress, I could have done it myself cheaper and i would have gotten it right the first time. More

I took my car in for engine trouble they drove my car approx 4 miles at a slow speed and said nothing was wrong with the car. It doesn’t climb hills well and that’s at 60 mph.
