Pricing to replace the engine and cabin filters was way too expensive. I had to complete those items myself. Also pricing to replace the shocks is 1500. I can find the the shocks online for $600 total. too expensive. I had to complete those items myself. Also pricing to replace the shocks is 1500. I can find the the shocks online for $600 total. Your price is way too much so I couldn’t afford to complete that work at the dealer. The oil change and tire rotation was reasonable More
The job was done. They contacted the warranty company and had everything replaced and covered. Just one HUGE complain, my truck was FILTY. I know I didn't bring it in spotless but it was in the shop since la had everything replaced and covered. Just one HUGE complain, my truck was FILTY. I know I didn't bring it in spotless but it was in the shop since last Monday(1 whole week) I honestly believe a wash would have been nice. How does a Cadillac dealer send a car out looking like this. Very disappointing 😒 When I tried addressing it with the person who brought out myvtruck I had no luck. Very dismissive. Then I noticed the cover under the steering wheel is not correctly installed, so now I have to take the truck back in to get that fixed(I don't want to accidentally brake it trying to fix it myself) It was my first time here, not the best experience. Final work completed satisfactorily, but delayed a day due to miscalibrated dealership equipment. This caused concern that replacement parts would be likewise damaged, but this did not occur. due to miscalibrated dealership equipment. They really tried to find out what was going on with our vehicle. The customer service team were ALL helpful. We would definitely recommend them to others. vehicle. The customer service team were ALL helpful. We would definitely recommend them to others. More
Sandra in the service department went above her job duties to try and help me. It’s too bad GM doesn’t have the same customer service she does. They can learn from her. I’d recommend mark Christopher A duties to try and help me. It’s too bad GM doesn’t have the same customer service she does. They can learn from her. I’d recommend mark Christopher Auto Center but I probably wouldn’t buy a GM again. More

Service was great but was there for almost 3 hours just for an oil change. I had even made an appointment days in in advance for an oil change. I had even made an appointment days in in advance More
Your manager Jeff is great. He did his best to make sure things got done. However, when the service line is 2 deep all the way to the street it's more than he can handle. Your technicians are awful. My truc things got done. However, when the service line is 2 deep all the way to the street it's more than he can handle. Your technicians are awful. My truck will never be serviced here again. Had it 2 times back to back for 2 weeks and couldn't even do the simplest of things ( hit all the grease fittings for oil change). I said it the first time I got the truck back. Had it just for the weekend and I found all kinds of problems. That's when Jeff got involved. I had other stuff done and seemed ok, but if my truck didn't get greased how about all the people that pay for a service that never got what they paid for? There is a massive text log of my 2 weeks dealing with this dealership and this huge piece of xxxx truck. This thing also has had 2 complete fuel systems replaced. I tow heavy loads and truck constantly goes into limp mode on big hills which is something the dealer can't replicate to fix. I've owned 3 duramax trucks since 2001 when the first one came out. This current truck is a 2016 3500HD. This will be the last GM truck I ever buy. Sick of this limp mode xxxxtty fuel system GM uses. Also after getting my truck back, and after all the problems, you would have thought I would have received a curtesy call to see if everything was ok. Did I? Nope....They are way too busy there for that. Everyone in service looks like they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The staff is doing their best, but there is just not enough staff for the service vehicles that show up. You guys need to hire more staff to help (as I was there over an hour just waiting for a service write up) and technicians that are doing a better job. The problem with all the service vehicles waiting is get em in and get em out. That is just not acceptable for a dealership. That is why we goto the dealership for quality service. I was given a rental the second time around they had my truck for a week. Problem is they had it for 2 weeks, but did not do 2 weeks worth of work. I can promise you it sat while other jobs were getting done that "had to get out" More
