I feel like I was xxxxx on labor charges. $2,300 in labor for a $34 part. The issue was fixed but it just seems ridiculous. Also what I asked for regarding the issue being accident related was just brushed for a $34 part. The issue was fixed but it just seems ridiculous. Also what I asked for regarding the issue being accident related was just brushed aside and seemed like it was just a problem and they did not want the hassle. Not very helpful in that respect. They did give me a military discount of 5% which is appreciated but I feel it was due to being overcharged. More
The service department is great. Polite, professional, personable. Their prices for doing the work were more reasonable than rotolo Chevrolet in Fontana. I went in to get 2 key fobs replaced. 5 hours and $500 dollars later I was on my way back home. Had I known it was going to that long, I would have dropped my vehicle off and picked It up later. Nobody answers the phone in your service department and I tried for 3 days and spoke to 3 different receptionists and left messages each time! They kept calling my moms cell number to update on MY CAR even t tried for 3 days and spoke to 3 different receptionists and left messages each time! They kept calling my moms cell number to update on MY CAR even though I told the tech when I dropped it off that that was not my number and I gave him my number. They kept my car overnight even though I had an appointment at 10:30 am Monday morning and waited in a long line of cars to be checked in. They kept my car and decided Tuesday afternoon to let me know that my car tire has a lock and when I finally got the message because again they didn’t call me they messaged my mom it was too late for me to pick up my car. Oh because when I asked them if they have a tool to remove the tire they said yes but it was an additional charge and I said fine but then they said well we might not have a lug to fit the nonstock tire. Then I asked them how did they remove it at American tire depot? Then I said Nevermind don’t touch my car but I couldn’t pick it up til the next day! Then I called Wednesday on my way to the to pick up my car and once again nobody answered the phone and the receptionist wrote a message and again no one called me back. When I got there, there was no one to advise me of how they could better assist me or solve the issue or alternatives! The header of the department says SERVICE, but I didn’t not receive any kind of service the 3 days I was involved with this dealership, neither customer or auto service! Thanks for allowing me to write take this survey sad well as I have rated your dealer on Facebook. Nobody should come here! More

They have a great service dept. Wish they would open back up on the weekends though. I found out by showing up early last weekend @620am to wait in line and saw the sign that they were closed on the weekend. up on the weekends though.
