This was a routine service visit to change the oil and rotate tires. I habe been experiencing a minor jerking issue with my transmission. Been having my Cadillac serviced at Mark Christopher for over a year now. Always call Sandra Stevens to make an appointment, she always gets me in and if I need a rental, she takes care of that also. I will probably never come back here again honestly. I brought my car in for service. Got it back. Suddenly had a leak. Brought it back in. Then they scratch it and while showing me the scratch almost hit brought my car in for service. Got it back. Suddenly had a leak. Brought it back in. Then they scratch it and while showing me the scratch almost hit it again. Then take over 3 weeks to get it back to me. Then the best I get is a 10% discount. The guy in the rental department was nice but that’s about it. More
I waited 3 hours for a simple software upgrade. My service advisor, apparently, forgot that I was waiting in the waiting room and I received a phone call at 10:50, letting me know my car was ready and service advisor, apparently, forgot that I was waiting in the waiting room and I received a phone call at 10:50, letting me know my car was ready and that I could come pick it up. What? I was waiting on prem. The receipt shows that the actual work was completed in just around and hour, so I wasted 2 hours at the dealership. Get it together folks. More
