I was quite disappointed in this visit. For the 1st time in 6 years it took 4 hours to get an oil change. I better than most understand COVID-19, but 4 hours for an oil changed on a scheduled visit. I took my SUV to get it service and Dario Gomez customer service is awful. How is this person still employed? If I had an employee who treats my customer the way I was treated by Dario, they will be asked t service is awful. How is this person still employed? If I had an employee who treats my customer the way I was treated by Dario, they will be asked to leave the very same day. I understand people sometimes wake up on the wrong side of the bed, but this guy treated me like I owed him money and he's doing me a favor. Every time I take my BMW to get it service, I ALWAYS get a loaner, but I was made to sit at the dealer ship for the entire day. And speaking to Dario was a challenged because he doesn't want to deal with people or maybe just me who I never met until that morning. More
Had no appointment, came on a Wednesday at noon. Took awhile (about 15mins) before someone approached my vehicle to help me. Was done in 2 hrs. So not organized. When customer makes an appt customer expect they start working on it that day.
