There is no coordination between corporate customer service and the dealership. I've been told twice to take my truck into the dealership by corporate GM and the first time the dealership wasn't made a service and the dealership. I've been told twice to take my truck into the dealership by corporate GM and the first time the dealership wasn't made aware and the second time they were but no information was passed on to me. Haven't heard from anyone pertaining to the issue, left a message every day for over two weeks and no return calls from GM. More
The guy who called me from the service department described a different issue with my car than what the mechanic notated. I paid over $450 for a new battery and to tighten a loose battery cable? The battery was only 4 months old yet it couldn't be charged? When I picked up the car, they didn't even put the key cover back on the door of my car when I had to manually enter my car. I felt taken advantage of and the professionalism and communication was lacking. BTW, service person that helped me is not on the drop down menu below. More

Finished when they said they would be. I thought they forgot to give me back my tire key lock but they didn't so that was great. I picked up the car yesterday and paid 1400 and it’s still making the squeaking noise when the air conditioner is on and still doing it. SUV still shaking but Rep says they didn’t feel anything , I don’t believe an adequate test drive was done to determine where the problem exist..
