The Service manager, Nobu is an outstanding service provider. However there is no excuse for the deplorable way the dealership is treating its customers. Using the pandemic as an excuse to cut serv provider. However there is no excuse for the deplorable way the dealership is treating its customers. You are well aware of the things you have cut and they have nothing to do with the safety of your customers. Shame on you, just to save money you have lost a sixteen year loyal customer. I had a bad experience now twice. I've been a customer for 5 years. My service advisor was a woman at 1st. She was great! Then she left & I got this man that always seems to grossly over charged, adds thi for 5 years. My service advisor was a woman at 1st. She was great! I fell like its because he knows I'm a single woman & he thinks I don't know any better. Just recently my Dad was so upset that he went & expressed his concerns, especially since he's the one whom referred me. Our family has done great business Mark Christopher & we had intended to do a lot more, but these latest situations has left very unpleasant experiences for me to consider do anymore business at all. More

Very disappointed, was told nothing was wrong with my truck after having it for 4years 92k miles. Trying to get my hard shift fixed.
