I wish I could give the service dept a good review but unfortunately it was a pretty awful wait time. I checked in at 10am just to get a new remote. Four hours later i was finally out. I had to walk over to the service guy who checked me in and find out what was taking so long...long story short, they hadn't even started going into the 3rd HR. He told me it would be another 20 min - I think they just pushed it out for some reason. The lobby emptied out into the 3rd hr and I was still there...tick-tock. Finally walked back over a 2nd time about 40 minutes later and they had to check back with service guys again...then they finally got around to it. I will definitely make the drive back to Tustin Buick next visit😕 More

Only had an oil change and tire repair because one tire had a nail. Service advisor said it would be about an hour and a half to two hours. I had already mentioned to him that I made an appointment because I had to work that day and could not leave my car. I was there waiting for 4 and a half hours. So frustrating and this always happens. When I left the service advisor didn’t even tell me anything at all. The next morning he send me a text message saying the extended warranty won’t cover a leak the Technician found when they did my oil change. He couldn’t even call me. So unprofessional More

Ray always has done a great job for me. I’v known Ray for the last 5 years and he always works to get my appointments where I need them and get me in and out fast.
