Our Service agent Jackie was wonderful but all of the items we needed were outrageously overpriced! When the car was picked up the carpet of the car had a section removed and not put back. Service experience was horrendous. From a reluctance to listen to me about the quality/legitimacy of my tire warranty service, to a delayed delivery of a part, to the return of my car covered in dust (ins listen to me about the quality/legitimacy of my tire warranty service, to a delayed delivery of a part, to the return of my car covered in dust (inside and out), despite having dropped it off just after a car wash. (The employee said they weren’t washing cars due to COVID, but I’m not sure how COVID impacts at least a rinse by a single employee.). Allegedly, there were loaners for use, but other dealerships are offering loaners. This was my first and hopefully last visit, as I did not appreciate the service advisor “man-splaining” to me about tire warranties when I told him the wheels were covered. Before I could finish presenting the information, he interrupted me, saying, “Well, let me just tell you that these companies usually want a,b,c and want you to go to their approved vendors...”. I had to assert that I had filed a couple of claims previously and that they handled them expeditiously and satisfactorily at Moore Cadillac in Virginia. Listen to me! I might know a thing or two about my car and the warranty. I am looking to purchase an SUV soon, and was looking at the Cadillac XT6, but this experience has definitely changed my mind about owning/leasing another Cadillac. i will take my $60,000 to a company that values me as a customer. More
