OnStar, speakers and Sirius radio kept going off. Still does I was there during the COVID-19 experience. I have a New XT6 Cadillac and was referred to the Chevrolet service department. Where I had to wait three hours on a plastic chair outdoors. I am 64 years old and disabled. I was very uncomfortable and in pain. I had an appointment and I was not told I was not going to be in the Cadillac air-conditioned waiting room. Where they have cushion chairs and Wi-Fi. Instead I was sent over to the Chevrolet side where there was hardly any room for 6 foot distancing and people not wearing masks. So I had to sit outside on a plastic hard chair. I knew it would take a awhile but I thought I would be in comfort. The servicemen were very nice when I saw them. They were very Crowded! in the waiting room and I am still having the problem. I will not go back until the Cadillac side is open or I can leave my car there and there’s a car to take and pick me up. More
Battery stopped working in my Escalade after a year and a half. Couldn't unlock the door. Called the dealership and was told incorrectly what to do to open the truck. Broke the part opening the door because of misinformation given by a staff member, then was charged $18 ish for the part. The person on the phone gave me directions for a 2016 Escalade not my years model. Poor customer service and faulty equipment. Not a good combination. More
