Ray was excellent! The issue is when I picked up my vehicle as I was told to wait for it to pull up in an area that was incorrect. After 15 min I went back to the cashier and she handed me the keys and vehicle as I was told to wait for it to pull up in an area that was incorrect. Unfortunately my 2019 Chevy Suburban had a faulty CO2 sensor which required two visits to Mark Christopher... They were very responsive and informative during the service on both occasions...
