Good job, but I called and they told me it was 58. When I got there they told me 58 as well. But when the paper work got there it was 68. With tax and all 72. First service advisor said there were major issues with my vehicle, then second service advisor said nothing was wrong. Not sure why the huge difference of opinion! I realize that COVID has affected things, but I was respectful enough to return my rental in a clean condition. I got my car back completely filthy. I have taken both my Toyota Hylander and Dodge Challenger for service recently at their respective dealerships and I have to say the Mark Christoper experience was the worst of the three dealers. The Service Team at Mark Christopher Buick are Great, Nobu has been my go to Service Advisor since we got our 2017 Buick Encore 2 years ago. Back in the day, Cadillac had a slogan "Standard of Excellenc Nobu has been my go to Service Advisor since we got our 2017 Buick Encore 2 years ago. Back in the day, Cadillac had a slogan "Standard of Excellence" which Mark Christopher has applied throughout all the GM lines they sell and service... Thanks for having a staff that carries that out in the Service Dept... I kind of have a history with Mark Christopher Chevrolet, back in the late 70's just out of High School a couple of years, I was working at F & H Tire on Holt Blvd back then... Mark Chris Chevy was still on Holt Blvd still, Chuck Leggio brought 2 brand new El Camino's for a tire and wheel swap, the cars were for Mark and Chris' 16th Birthday... More
