Fair prices on new car purchase from sales reps, however, the finance manager tried to up sell extended warranties that were not needed. The Cadillac Service clerk tried to up sell me on cost of Repair’s and the finance manager tried to up sell extended warranties that were not needed. The Cadillac Service clerk tried to up sell me on cost of Repair’s and tried to charge me for repairs $2500 that should be under warranty. I had to take my Vehicle To another cadi dealer, which complete the work under warranty with no problems. More
