I was very unhappy with the appointment process. I scheduled an online appointment for 7am and when I showed up for my appointment I was told that service opened at 8am. A complimentary tire rotation scheduled an online appointment for 7am and when I showed up for my appointment I was told that service opened at 8am. A complimentary tire rotation would have been nice for my inconvenience but I was told that a rotation would be an additional $25. More

They had our car over three weeks and it wasn’t until I got angry that I was getting updates. They wanted to release the car without listening to when the problem occurred. The warranty company took a bit got angry that I was getting updates. They wanted to release the car without listening to when the problem occurred.
