Not a fan of taking my vehicles to the dealer. Everything is way overpriced. Paid $155 to diagnose my vehicle, quoted over $5k to repair it. My service rep was prompt for the appointment that I had. Will never return went for service recall. Asked to check for any other services truck needed and didn’t put in the effort. Told him it was a fleet vehicle who else is going to pay for it? I needed transmission flush and other things as well. Now I will be going to Orange County to get my services done from now on.
