Usually better but still great Took my XT5 in for an oil change. Told by 2 people it would be about 1 1/2 hours. It took about 4. Hours. Amazing! Went in for a recall repair, easy check in, very explanatory. Cat was amazing at communicating with me when my vehicle was ready. Terrible service Had to call to get updates. They told me of issues after the fact. Finally got my car back and they did not reset the oil sensor. Service guy would sa Had to call to get updates. I had to always call to see what needed to be done. Never going back. I’m not comfortable or confident in this place More
Horrible Communication with Customer Took my vehicle in for work to be covered by warranty. Part was ordered OVER 1 year ago. Dealer never called me telling me that my part was in. I call Took my vehicle in for work to be covered by warranty. Part was ordered OVER 1 year ago. Dealer never called me telling me that my part was in. I called dealer on multiple occasions and they told me part was sent back to warehouse because I did not come in. They NEVER called me to tell me part was in. So I took my vehicle back in before warranty expired. They ordered the parts and same thing. Did not get a call telling me parts were in. They sent parts back to warehouse. They reordered parts. I call to see if they had received all my parts. No, partial order came in. Took my vehicle back in early on a Thursday and left it overnight giving them ample time to install the parts they had and that the other parts would be in theIt possession early Friday morning giving them plenty of time to complete all the work. It started to get late on Friday and I called them since they didn’t call me again and asked if my vehicle was complete. No was the answer, parts didn’t arrive. xxx! They then told me they would have it done on Monday. No rental car was offered and I needed my vehicle for the weekend. They said if I took my vehicle and was not back on Monday, the warranty would not apply since it would have been expired. How would that be the customers fault that they can’t get their sh@t together. Finally vehicle was complete on Monday after loosing 2 days of work trying to get these repairs done! Horrible communication by dealership. More
