Bad Overall Car was promised 12/23. I called at night and was told it was not ready, did not receive a call till 12/27. I never hesitated with pricing even though Car was promised 12/23. I never hesitated with pricing even though I had called and was told it would be 1hr for diagnosis, turned into 3 hours. I was told there was a campaign on my Vehicle, it did not get performed. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks, I can tell you it needed an oil change, Front brakes and a new serpentine belt. I guarantee you that if these services were offered, I would have asked for you to take care of them. When I picked up my vehicle, I asked for my old part to be returned. I did not get it back. I drove my vehicle for a day and the check engine light came on. More

Poor customer service I returned 2 times to get an oil change and check a coolant leak. Adviser is rude and doesn’t care. Not greeted as a valued customer and not listeni I returned 2 times to get an oil change and check a coolant leak. Adviser is rude and doesn’t care. Not greeted as a valued customer and not listening to customers needs. I was told the first time no time for oil change come back another day. Then as a waiting customer 2nd time oil change wait 2 hours and promise 5pm. I notified adviser of concern to check coolant leak and showed no concern of issue. When auto was ready called on cell phone and did not care to look for me in waiting room . At time of paying cashier , advisor gave me copy of multi check list and noted if any thing was red I would have gone over with you and took off. I considered at one time Christopher dealership as one the better service centers in the Inland Empire. Unfortunately the service at Christopher has changed for the worse. I can not recommend this GMC dealership at this time. In addition, the online service scheduling is not functional and only call in, no ability to check online times available to schedule service at the time before this service. More
