Great service but concern about repair I took my Cadillac in because of a transmission problem unfortunately the part need it was affected by the strike so I was given a loaner car for 2 we I took my Cadillac in because of a transmission problem unfortunately the part need it was affected by the strike so I was given a loaner car for 2 weeks which I appreciate it Nobu was great he took care of all the details and kept in touch. My big concern is that the problem that I took the car in for which is a hard shift in low gear was not able to be fixed and according to Nobu GM says that that is normal which I find hard to believe but the service was great. More
