3 days and 4 messages without a response Dropped my truck off for warranty work. I said I would leave the truck for 4 days as I would be out of town. I returned and on the morning of the 5th Dropped my truck off for warranty work. I said I would leave the truck for 4 days as I would be out of town. I returned and on the morning of the 5th I called for an update. No response. Left 3 additional messages over a period of 3 days without a single returned call. I finally called a different advisor to inquire about my vehicle and was told it had need ready for 3 days. Picked up my vehicle only to find that supposedly 1 concern was normal and the other was repair.. yet the rattle that was supposedly fixed.. was still there. More
