Service I was explained the repairs and what parts were covered under my extended warranty and what would cost me out of pocket. I waited for my car. The first day was last month I left my vehicle all day for a diagnostic check. A part needed to be ordered. When I made my appointment for yesterday they ordered the part to have it in stock. Not everything was covered under my extended warranty. I had to come back when I could budget the $500+ which was yesterday. More

poor customer consideration I was told by the service tech the car would be done in an hour no longer than 1 and a half hours...I specifically asked are you sure...he said yes... I was told by the service tech the car would be done in an hour no longer than 1 and a half hours...I specifically asked are you sure...he said yes...it took over 3 hours every time I asked about it they said 20 more minutes if the service tech would have just taken the time to say sorry it is taking longer than expected I wouldn't have waited. I missed 2 appointments which cost me $ for not cancelling 24 hours ahead..inconsiderate.... I could have left and came back to pick up later...when car was ready I asked him up front why didn't you let me know you guaranteed me... he said "I was away from my desk" for three hours?...no excuse More
1st year service Service only took an hour and was told it was going to be 4 hrs. Very quick and easy. Repairs were covered under warrantee, David Miller in the Service Department was outstanding. He was polite and kept me updated on a regular basis. Repairs were covered under warrantee, and so was a loaner vehicle. The loaner was almost new and an excellent vehicle to use during the 10 days of repair. Service technicians were thorough and caught an issue that was also resolved. The only negative critique was that my car was filthy when I picked it up. After 10 days of being on a lot, not garaged, it was worse than when it arrived there. In my experience, dealerships clean cars prior to returning to customers, especially after a long period. More

The lounge has great coffee and TV for yo I bought my SUV and receive all services at this location. The staff is very accommodating and professional. The lounge has great coffee and TV for you to enjoy while waiting. They even provide chargers for your phone since you’ll be there for an hour or so most times. They offer shuttles and loaners but that will depend on the type of service and length of your wait. Overall, not a bad experience. More
