Disappointed I took my Cartman because it had a catalytic converter issue I was told over the phone by Mike that I was covered up to 100,00 miles when I went in I took my Cartman because it had a catalytic converter issue I was told over the phone by Mike that I was covered up to 100,00 miles when I went in I was told I was over because I had 81,000 miles I explained to him that I had already paid a diagnostic fee to another mechanic because he told me I was covered and he apologized but told me there was nothing he could do I asked to speak with the manager Rod who told me that either way I would have to pay but then after further looking at my information he realize that I was covered under a different warranty I was disappointed that Mike didn’t know that and didn’t bother to look for that. I was then told over the phone that my car was ready at about 3 PM but That they may not have enough time to wash it I told him I would pick it up until after 5 PM so they could wash it when I picked it up it was still not washed very disappointed More

The appointment was set last-minute, right after the July 4th holiday I was greeted promptly and professionally The service advisor team was very busy but hustling like mad to take care of people I was called on the day of my service and told my truck would be ready to pick up at approximately 5:30pm I asked if I could just pick it up Saturday morning, and was told that would be fine The service tech repaired a leaky axle boot (warranty) The total bill was roughly $160 less than I had anticipated I am 100% pleased with my entire experience at your facility Additionally, on the notes for the MVPI inspection, it states that my rear differential fluid is "dirty" and my cabin air filter is "dirty", and both should be replaced. This is especially helpful, because I already paid another regional Chevrolet dealer to perform those services less than 10k miles ago. I will ABSOLUTELY return to MK Chevrolet for my future service needs! More
