Quality, Courteous Service I called to schedule my maintenance/service with Nobu Domon. He was not available when I called, so I left a voice mail message. He promptly returne I called to schedule my maintenance/service with Nobu Domon. He was not available when I called, so I left a voice mail message. He promptly returned my call, and scheduled my appointment for the next day. I was greeted and checked in promptly when I arrived for my appointment. I was told that I would be contacted if there were any problems, other than the regular maintenance that I took it in for. I was contacted and made aware of additional problems. I was also contacted when my car was finished. The cashier was friendly and courteous. I was disappointed that the car wash was not available today. Also, a sticker was not placed on the upper, inside windshield to remind me when the next servicing is due. I will just have to wait for the dashboard notification to let me know. The car runs well, so I am assuming that the servicing was done correctly and to specs. I also appreciate the multipoint vehicle inspection which makes me aware of any upcoming servicing which will be needed. More

Quick service Saturdays they don't take appointments. But was quick helped out and my car was serviced. Just a bad experience for this service Night dropped my truck for service. Requested a complete time of 11am. Didn’t receive a call until 9:30 and Bill the service guy told my Transmission Night dropped my truck for service. Requested a complete time of 11am. Didn’t receive a call until 9:30 and Bill the service guy told my Transmission was due at 50,0000 miles. I told him I did the service back at 50,000 if he looked up history on my truck. He tells me I’m right. I would think he would look up history before he called. I drive down to the dealer at 10:15 and my truck hasn't been touched. All the people that came in the morning received service before me. I was given a free service for the hassle by Matt. then told the reason my truck wasn’t washed was because there car wash was broken. just a bad experience this time. More

Oil change I’m disappointed more and more every time I go in. All these extra charges are getting ridiculous and of course once again my car was delivered dirtie I’m disappointed more and more every time I go in.
