I have been going to Mark Christopher for service for many years. I am yet to have any complaints. My recent service was on a Saturday morning. I showed up early. Regrettably, my experience with Mark Christopher Auto Group, particularly their Cadillac service, was disheartening. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prol Group, particularly their Cadillac service, was disheartening. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prolonged fix time was unacceptable. Working with advisor Dario was challenging due to his lack of responsiveness—he seldom answered calls, was slow in returning messages, and provided sparse updates. Moreover, the exorbitant price for the service amplified my dissatisfaction. Their overall customer service fell short, and I cannot recommend this dealership for any auto repairs, go elsewhere.
