Just want to start by saying this was the worst service that I have ever seen. My fiancé took my truck to get serviced because I had work. We got the usual oil change and a tire rotation. When my fiancé left the dealership she thought the truck was driving weird but it was raining hard so she thought it was the road conditions. Luckily, she had to pick up her degree at her school about 2 miles away from the dealership. Once she got to the school, a student waived her down and told her the back tire was wobbling. When she parked, she noticed the Passenger side back tire was loose. All the lug nuts were loose. Not tighten at all. She recorded moving the lug nuts with her bare hands. There were shavings everything. Lug nuts are bad and my rims were scrapped which I also took photos of once I arrived after work. Just imagine if my fiancé would have drove home to San Bernardino, I’m sure that tire would have came off and who knows what could have happened. My fiancé was dramatized when I got to her school. She was literally shaking because how upset/scared she was. I’m still upset about this and this happened on Tuesday and it’s Friday now. Me and fiancé don’t feel safe going to that dealership anymore. This is unbelievable and I’m so glad my kids weren’t in that car. They were supposed to be but thankfully my mother in law had the day off work to watch them. I know I can say so much more but I’ll leave at this. More

Years ago I had a bad experience at Mark Christopher Cadillac but recently I found myself there twice in a month. I'm very pleased that the service on my Cadillac was repaired however I was tired up the Cadillac but recently I found myself there twice in a month. I'm very pleased that the service on my Cadillac was repaired however I was tired up there for half the day. I understand the time it takes to evaluate and make repairs but I don't understand why a high end luxury car dealership doesn't have loan cars anymore or at least a shuttle bus for it's customers. 🤔 More

Dario was my service advisor and did a great job of greeting me. I explained the issue I was having and said he would have a tech check it right away.
