But his personality and background made him stand out. Maybe the highest compliment you can pay a sales person is to say you trusted them. Well, I trusted David. Even though our search led us to buy elsewhere, it was not because of this dealership and certainly not because of David. If you re looking for a Toyota and live in the Triangle, it's worth the trip to work with David. Better make an appointment because after this review he'll be pretty darn busy! More

How do you say 'Thank You' to Mel Johnson when he knew I was uncertain and he would telephone just to check on me. Please give him a raise. His patience exceeded my expectations. All of the sales folks and the gals behind the receptionist desk were wonderful and helpful. I was a little annoying in asking questions and again Mel stepped up to the plate and also Bob Joyce, Dhahran. Satterwhite explained the Warranty in terms that were easy to understand. David kept me grinning while our papers were being processed. I wish I could wave a magic wand and give them all a bonus for their kindness and their knowledge. No question was to small . Easy and priced well I was just browsing on their website when I saw a Corolla LE. It had everything I wanted for a great price. Everyone was very friendly and the dealership is clean. Tom did everything to make the sales experience seamless and happy! I told Tom his integrity is the reason we drove the distance. Ellen Jones, the Title Clerk there, is exceptionally knowledgeable and understood my needs regarding my tag, and took immediate action. I truly appreciate her for that. Financing with Desmond was smooth and transparent. They have answered all of our post purchase questions as well. More
