Best Dealership I have been to in my 65 years. I have been in many car dealerships in my 65 years I must say that Mark Jacobson Toyota is the very best. It is very clean all the employees are very I have been in many car dealerships in my 65 years I must say that Mark Jacobson Toyota is the very best. It is very clean all the employees are very friendly and helpful. I want to recognize especially Michael Klein my experience in the past was to haggle for awhile on the vehicle and the price. I told Michael what vehicle I want to look at and with the options I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Michael came back with 2 sets of keys we looked at and test drove the vehicles I loved both vehicles it was hard to choose. One vehicle had more options than the other one, Michael said to me what if he could get me into that one for the same price I was willing to pay I said we would have a deal. Michael came back to me 5 minutes later and said he got it to the price I wanted. WOW no haggling back and forth with supervisors as I expected. I have never experienced anything like this in any dealership. I was a wonderful experience. I thank Michael Klein for that he was so professional and so friendly and that is what made my visit to Mark Jacobson Toyota a once in a lifetime experience. More
