Service recall Took my daughters Kia Sportage in to update software. Was greeted upon arrival. Told it would take about an hour or so. Pushy and not customer oriented The salesman weren’t too bad but the management was extremely pushy and were hell bent on not letting me leave. The receptionist ignored us when we walked in and had an additude with us when we asked for the salesman we talked to. Overall all they cared about was moving product and didn’t care how the customer felt. They also left a half eaten Oreo in the cup holder of the vehicle I test drove. I would never buy here and neither should you. More

Horrible from the start. Came in to look at a vehicle they had already listed for sale, signed paper work 2 days later and didn’t get my vehicle until a month and a half later Came in to look at a vehicle they had already listed for sale, signed paper work 2 days later and didn’t get my vehicle until a month and a half later. The vehicle had a recall that hadn’t been done, a check engine light that hadn’t been fixed and the AC wasn’t working as well as a headlight out when I came to pick it up. Terrible customer service in every department. No one knew what work the vehicle needed and when it was going to be ready to take home. Every time I tried calling and left a voicemail, it never got returned. I hope the GM knows what kind of business he is running because his associates working are super impolite and would rather be on their phones than helping paying customers. More
