They replaced it at no charge which surprised me. Since then, had it in for my first oil change. Can't remember my service manager's name but he greeted me immediately by name and had me in and out quickly. I absolutely love my Kia Soul! I love everything about this car. I'd been wanting one for over a year. More
I spoke with Mr. Bruno on the phone prior to arriving at the lot. He was freindly and helpful, not at all pushy. When I made it to the showroom, I worked with Jack Belsanti and he did an excellent job as well. After we agreed to the price, Chuck Flair handled the paperwork and finance for the lease and that was also handled very well and quite promptly. An excellent job by everyone involved in my deal at Mark Kia - I would highly recommend the dealership for new car sales, I lease a new car every three years and this was the smoothest process in years. We had our Sorento in for an oil change and for a recall fix. They accommodated our pick up after hours by leaving the key with the dealer next door. Very happy with the service at Mark Kia. fix.
