The work was done as promised, when promised. Allen worked hard to get me any warranty coverage, discounts and bonuses possible. He kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle...no surprises, just d worked hard to get me any warranty coverage, discounts and bonuses possible. I have been driving a Kia Spectra5 for a couple of years now and when I finally decided I wanted a new car I decided to stay with Kia and go to Mark Kia. Well I'm glad I did. Dublin met me right outside and now and when I finally decided I wanted a new car I decided to stay with Kia and go to Mark Kia. Well I'm glad I did. Dublin met me right outside and used my name before I entered the building. I had said I was in the market for a 2011 or a 2012 Sportage as I liked the new model design. He gave me a few pointers of what other Sportage customers said and kind of steered me towards the Soul, now I really liked the Soul I was just looking for a midsize SUV. But, I do I have to say i'm glad he talked me into it. Dublin was extremely knowledgeable about all of the in's and out's that had to go with the new Soul model. He was great and only cared for me as the customer and not if he was going to make a commission off of me. He wanted to make sure that I loved the investment that I was getting into and that I wasn't going to regret it. I will definitly be back again for my future purchases and recommend everyone to go see Dublin. More

This is the easiest and quickest dealership I've ever dealt with for service. These folks are friendly, helpful, and thorough. They make you feel like a family member, not just a customer. dealt with for service. These folks are friendly, helpful, and thorough. They make you feel like a family member, not just a customer. I recently took my car into the Kia Service department for an oil change. While the cost can't be beat, only $10! I was disappointed by the lack of personalized attention. When arriving to pick up my ca for an oil change. While the cost can't be beat, only $10! I was disappointed by the lack of personalized attention. When arriving to pick up my car, I was handed a packet of papers describing the items that were worn or needed replacement. This was a nice gesture, but I was hoping to actually speak with someone and have the opportunity to ask questions about the necessity of replacing/repairing these items. More

Customer service I gave a 4 because the sales person Jack was great, the Sales Manager was an xxxxxxx, and the Sales Director was firm but solution oriented. Quality of work i don't know what you mean when was great, the Sales Manager was an xxxxxxx, and the Sales Director was firm but solution oriented. Quality of work i don't know what you mean when dealing with selling cars. In friendliness I gave a 3 because Jack got a 5, the Sales Manager gets a -5, and the Sales Director gets a 3, so that's the in between. Overall I was satisfied with ultimate deal I got on my vehicle, but I hated how long they took between counter proposals, keeping my wife, 2 year old and 8 week old sons, cramped up, stressed out, and crying at times in the sales office. I was ready to leave after 3 hours of that xxxxxxxxx before the Sales Director stepped in an cut out the middle man, thankfully. I felt I got a fair/great price for my vehicle. Also, Jack the Salesman and the Director, the big mid-30's gentleman in the tower were solution oriented, which I liked and responded to. They asked me what I wanted, but also asked why I wanted that and worked within my limits to make the deal happen. The sales director was more interested in telling me what he couldn't do or what else I would have to give up to get what I wanted. He even tried to force me to make choices I had already made very clear I did not want to make, which ticked me off something fierce. A simple example was the color of the car. You did not have the color of the car I wanted in stock, but kept preaching that you COULD get it if that's what I wanted. I told him that's what I wanted. Then he reigns back on that promise saying that if he did that I would be charged an extra 15-30 something bucks a month, over 2k when the deal would be completed. Why the BLEEP would I pay to have you move the car from a different dealership? I'll just go to the dealership where the car is! Then he just asked/pleaded/begged me to just be color blind and take the vehicle that they did have in stock. How outrageous!!! I'm the one spending thousands of dollars over the next several years of my life for this car. I'm going to get the car that I want!!! (P.S. Well the car my wife wanted. Happy wife equals happy everyone else in the house) More
I came in with good intentions to purchase a used vehical, came pre-qualified with a blank check for a cerain amount to purchase a used vehical. I went thru USAA selected my car and price, printed off vehical, came pre-qualified with a blank check for a cerain amount to purchase a used vehical. I went thru USAA selected my car and price, printed off my certificate of guarantee. On my certificate was a paragraph stating I would recieve an additional $100.00 off the agreed apon price. Did my research and found the car I wanted (Bluebook value) was around the high end value of the car on the lot I picked. Salesman tried to tell me they did alot of maintenace on the vehical ,I requested to see the maintenance log, scratched numbers on a piece of paper,no real work order. My vehicals price $7950.00 Guaranteed Certificate and I wrote a check to cover tax, license, reg, and a couple other charges. When I went to sign the loan on the vehical the amount was over $14,000.00,then they reduced it to $10,000.00. Had I signed that loan I would have left that dealership with a new used car underwater. The payments would have been twice the value of the car and no other bank would have refinanced that vehical for such a large amount of money. Buyer beware of what your signing and know the value of the car your purchasing. This dealership could have cared less about honesty, integrity and up front negotiation or how that high priced loan would have impacted on my family.
