My husband and I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Armada from this dealership in February 2023. The vehicle has been back and forth to the shop since we purchased it. As of today, the vehicle is still not fixed, and the repairs of course aren't covered by the extended warranty. When we purchased the vehicle, we were told that Mark Kia doesn't do any cosmetic repairs, however they do make sure that their vehicles are safe to drive. Well, this vehicle clearly isn't safe to drive. The vehicle will shut off while it's being driven. We inquired about trying to trade and purchase a different vehicle and the sales manager stated that the only way we would be able to get out of this vehicle is we would have to have a minimum of $3000 for a down payment. We will never ever do business with them again. I definitely will keep my friends and family from doing business with them also. Shame on you MARK KIA. I wish it could be 0 stars More

We loved our salesman, DJ Cruse who was upbeat and very positive but when it came time to discuss the car they took the time to run our credit first, and then tell us that they are "no hassle" dealership a positive but when it came time to discuss the car they took the time to run our credit first, and then tell us that they are "no hassle" dealership and they are not willing to negotiate the price at all. However reading other peoples comments on here, they happen to negotiate with them on the car that they wanted so I had to leave there empty-handed and disappointed. Not to mention when they (his manager) came back with numbers of payment options, my mom asked them what the percentage was at and they refused to give that to her claimed that we weren't approved yet however they had already ran our credit. I really thought I was going to get the car I had my eye on, only to walk away in complete disappointment. If a customer wants to negotiate I think a dealership should be open to it this "no hassle pricing" is just no hassle for them. More
