I have had to have my vehicle repaired on 2 occasions because of minor auto collisions. Mark KIA is always fair, honest and respectable. I was provided a rental vehicle on both occasions and they met t because of minor auto collisions. Mark KIA is always fair, honest and respectable. They were extremely competitive with my trade-in - I was offerec $15k for my 2004 Ford truck and was offered only $14,111 by 3 other dealers. Also, they were lower in price for the car i bought compared to offerec $15k for my 2004 Ford truck and was offered only $14,111 by 3 other dealers. Also, they were lower in price for the car i bought compared to a number of other dealers that I visited - I got my 2007 Suzuki for a little over $13k, but no other dealer would go under $14.5k. More

Was looking for great value in a SUV and was considering the KIA Sorrento until I had a very good conversation with the sales rep, Josh. In his Q & A with me it was discovered tht the Sorrento ws too small the KIA Sorrento until I had a very good conversation with the sales rep, Josh. In his Q & A with me it was discovered tht the Sorrento ws too small for my needs, thus he introduced to me the 2009 KIA Borrego. If Josh had not asked good questions as to waht my needs were I would have never known that KIA made the Borrego. Great value. Great experience! More
Went to test drive an 2010 Endeavor. Called and spoke to "Uncle" Abdul hours before hand and told them we were going to come down and take a look at the car. He said okay, we'll have everything ready for yo "Uncle" Abdul hours before hand and told them we were going to come down and take a look at the car. He said okay, we'll have everything ready for you. Its an hour drive for us to the dealership. An hour drive. We get there, and the car isn't there. He said he doesn't know what happened. Turns out, the car was sitting on another dealership lot and Abdul never told us. The dealership it was sitting on was about 15 minutes from our house. Now they have to drive the car from another car dealership - they said it would take 30 minutes. We leave, come back an hour later...no car. We leave, come back two hours later, the car is still not there. But were told, it is on its way and just around the corner "We just spoke to the driver...promise...promise" - he says. - An hour later the car still isn't there. The cheesy stereotypical salesmen walking around are spitting on the ground and smoking in front of the building every chance they get. I felt dirty just being in the place. We walk out side to tell Abdul that were done and were leaving and he insist that he just spoke to the driver and he's really just around the corner, and that we must meet the manager before we leave. I want to punch this sales guy in the face, and my wife calms me down and we stay. Its an obvious ploy to get us to hang around for a few more minutes waiting on the car to show up. He goes in to get his manager, and he doesn't come back out for 10 minutes. At this point, I'm fuming. While we are waiting the car finally show up. We love the car and its at a great price, but I wouldn't buy from these deceitful, disgusting salesmen if it were the last car on the road. They couldn't have given me the car for free. I will never step foot on that disgusting ashtray of a parking lot again. More
Watch where you park! I saw they advertised a 2008 Acura MDX which was what we were looking for. I arrived for a test drive and parked in front of the on-site All State office, just below their 2-story roof MDX which was what we were looking for. I arrived for a test drive and parked in front of the on-site All State office, just below their 2-story roof where they kept cars When I returned to my vehicle the windshield had a huge new crack. Why?!! Another complaint was that the sales person had washed the vehicle but failed to rinse off the soap; what I found was that the vehicle, under the soap, was covered in nicks and scratches... hidden by the "forgotten soap". Again, Why?! Like a buyer wouldn't see through this ploy. This was unnecessary and, regardless of price, moves my business elsewhere. Quit playing games and start treating your customers like the intelligent people they are. Out-service, not out-game, your competition! More
I went into Mark Kia to re-look at an Optima I was researching and on my list of cars to buy. Being my first brand new car I was researching first and had no intention of buying. I go in and the typic researching and on my list of cars to buy. Being my first brand new car I was researching first and had no intention of buying. I go in and the typical car sales experience happens. They took my car key to look at what my trade in would be. They made me sit in the office for over 30 mins while the sales guy "talked" to the manager in another room and wouldn't give me back my key. I repeatedly told them I'm not buying, I have no intention to buy but they wouldn't listen and kept hounding me and pressuring me. I kept saying I wanted to leave and after hours I finally pulled the girl card and started crying (it was real tears- after missing dinner and being tired, the experience was overwhelming). I did buy a Kia, but from a different dealership. Even if they had a better price, I was too afraid to go back in there. I had to bring out my inner meanness in order for them to take me seriously and give me my key so I could leave. More
On Jan. 3rd I decided (kicking and screaming), to start the process of looking for a "new car". I was actually in the used SUV market, due to the size of my growing family.... I have bought my share of v the process of looking for a "new car". I was actually in the used SUV market, due to the size of my growing family.... I have bought my share of vehicles in the past, and was bracing myself for the "ride" that is the dreaded process of buying another vehicle. I narrowed it down on line, and emailed Mark Mitsubishi-Kia, and a couple other dealers, about a couple of their used SUV's.... At this point, I was pleasantly surprised. Within 15 mins, Chad, my iSales representative (as they call him), responded to me, and actually answered my questions about the best price, and specific vehicle info, via email, then called me within another 20 mins to ensure all my questions had been answered. The anti-high pressure technique Chad used differed greatly compared to prior car buying experiences. I was still very skeptical, but it only got better from there!! Turns out, Mark Kia was able to sell me a BRAND new 2011 Kia Sorento, and keep me inside my budget parameters!!! I never felt pressured, or uncomfortable or anything. The manager Barry, was very accessible and helpful as well. I must admit that I continued waiting for something to go wrong, but it never did. It seemed everyone I dealt w in the process, actually listened to my questions and concerns, and made it work for us!! Maybe car dealers have figured out the old way of buying and selling a car are just that, old and outdated. Mark has a great thing going there! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new (or used) car to try them out. They were great to my family, and I. Thank you for the amazing deal on my Sorento, (WE LOVE IT) and a great car buying experience. JBK More
Bought a vehicle from them in October, still have not received the plates. The 90 day temp. plate expired and when I to DMV to renew they said the vehicle was not registered in my name. Went to the deale received the plates. The 90 day temp. plate expired and when I to DMV to renew they said the vehicle was not registered in my name. Went to the dealership and was told that there was a mixup and they forgot to do the emmissions test. They issued a 3 day permit so I could bring the vehicle back to the dealership for testing. After the test was done I was told that I would have the plate before the new temp expired. On the day the temp was to expire we called and was told that the new plate would be sent directly to our home via overnight express. Didn't happen called the manager and he said he would look into why we didn't receive the plate and call me right back. He didn't call I had to call again only to be told sorry he hadn't had a chance to look into it he would do so immediately and he would call within the next fifteen minutes. Again no call. So I sit with a vehicle that I paid for but can't drive because of their screwup and no idea when it will be sorted out. More
