Fast and easy car buying experience! Nate Mckamie, sales consultant, was very courteous and professional. He wasn’t pushy at all which I appreciate and was patient when I had to contact my bank several time consultant, was very courteous and professional. Just want to say I hate buying new cars....but I purchased a Sportage from Mark Kia back in 2006 and had a great experience. So when they time came to" bite the bullet" again (15 years later) I wen purchased a Sportage from Mark Kia back in 2006 and had a great experience. So when they time came to" bite the bullet" again (15 years later) I went back to Mark Kia. Salesperson Robert Lemon was great!! We emailed back in forth until I narrowed down my selections and pricing. I schedule an appointment and he had the vehicles waiting. I selected a 2020 Kia Sportage. I was offered upgrades, financing ,insurance ect but never felt pressured. Everything went smooth. I would not hesitate buying a car from Mark Kia again ... in another 15 years!! More

Originally I had went to Horne Kia to purchase our new vehicle and after being lied to multiple times and having the trade appraisal go down after I told them I was using my own financing I decided to lea vehicle and after being lied to multiple times and having the trade appraisal go down after I told them I was using my own financing I decided to leave. We went to Mark Kia and to say it was a day/night difference doesn’t do justice. Our salesman J Cole was very friendly, explained different trim packages, didn’t push us into buying anything and overall was a really good person. Our trade in was appraised and the original offer I received was what it was. No games, tricks or BS…… If you are in the market for a Kia I highly recommend you go see J Cole at Mark Kia!
