Omg it was amazing! Went to a dealership before and it was low energy and vibe was not good. It almost felt like that dude had no interest in truly helping me at all. Exactly the opposite wit kia seriously had everyone waiting to help at every given moment friendly conversation and light vibes and attitudes. As for the gentleman who sold me my car well it was awesome made me feel very good and confident about my big decision and literally let me test drive everything I wanted! We even went for the gt model and he did not discourage this at all and said let's do it and the rest is history! I have recommended people already cause I feel like it was a very wise decision More

This place is a joke. Highly recommend you don't waste your time with these nuts. There are many other dealers in Phoenix that want your business and will go above and beyond. This is a one price shop, t your time with these nuts. There are many other dealers in Phoenix that want your business and will go above and beyond. This is a one price shop, they mark up prices with their add-ons that are non negotiable. Their sales team are hourly employees, so they have no motivation to sell a car. It's a shame to see what this dealership has gone to. Many vehicles been on lot for sale for months on end. Look at all the other bad reviews. More

Let me start off by saying I normally rate a dealership on how I feel about the deal. Currently with the way used car prices are it’s more about the experience than the actual deal. In this case the salesm on how I feel about the deal. Currently with the way used car prices are it’s more about the experience than the actual deal. In this case the salesman was Good, however the pressure to accept the addendum by management was not. The LoJack product they sell may be good in theory but the location of it is absolute garbage. $500 for tint and $500 for an air conditioning cleaner is ridiculous. The finance department was good however accounting takes way too long to pay off your vehicle, as I ended up eating approximately $26 in interest, rather than them paying it off within the 10 day payoff window. Maybe my mistake to think this could happen within that window however it was disappointing to learn. I marked that I recommend this dealership as long as you pay attention to the dealership addendum and are understanding of how they make their money. More
