Awesome experience with Kayla at Mark Kia! She was extremely helpful in securing our used vehicle and getting it shipped to us. I will not ever buy a car anywhere else! I had the quickest, most honest, and best car buying experience at Mark Kia with JD and David, Maricella and Max! I work in the customer service industry mysel quickest, most honest, and best car buying experience at Mark Kia with JD and David, Maricella and Max! I work in the customer service industry myself and I have to say their customer service is top notch. JD was my sales person and he was so kind and knowledgable! He had all the answers to all of my weird questions and knew EVERYTHING about my new top of the line Sorento! David and Max made sure I knew all of my options with down payments, financing, leasing, interest, and everything in between. They were very thorough with all of my options and made sure I was fully understanding everything stated. I never once felt pressure to leave with a car right then and there, but once I drove all the cars, and knew all the things about the cars, I couldn't pass it up. Forget the great customer service, YOU NEED A NEW KIA SORENTO X LINE. Once I committed to my dream car Maricella in Finance had me in and out in what I feel like, was record time. They also give you a flash drive with all of your car records on it instead of printing out a million papers that you'll shove in a drawer at home, and that was so amazing to me. Way to save the planet Mark Kia! Overall, clean facility, so many cars to choose from (New and used, and all the models), and the friendliest staff. I will forever be a Mark Kia Customer! More
