Disappointing customer service I made an appt to have my side mirror fixed as it was automatically folding in. Show up to the dealership and Tyler was the one to help me, said it wo I made an appt to have my side mirror fixed as it was automatically folding in. Show up to the dealership and Tyler was the one to help me, said it would be a 15-20 min appt as they would just take pics to order me a part and send my car through the car wash. I waited over an hour, because he sent my car in to actually get looked at. Which is fine, but come inside and tell me that as I was thinking of only being there for 20 min now I was stuck there for over an hour. Great appt was over, he order the let said about 3 business days and it should be in. I waited two weeks. I finally started calling the service department to find out where the part was on the two week mark and I was sent to voicemail several times with no return call. Finally I spoke to Brandi, she told me that Tyler was out of town so that’s why I haven’t heard anything.im sorry but it’s not my problem that one person is out of town and the reast if the dealership can’t handle his customers. So she made me an appt for Monday. Great went in, she said it would about an hour and half appt, okay that’s fine. I saw my car sitting in the parking lot all finished for a good 20 minutes before anyone came up to me. A guy dropped my keys off and said brandy was busy and they would mail me my paperwork. Still haven’t gotten my paperwork and no point in calling to ask about it as they won’t answer their phones. I’m very disappointed in my overall experience with 2 Kia dealerships and honestly will probably not Purchase another Kia because of the lack of customer service. I love my car, but I don’t like how the service departments are treating me. More

Upset... I have purchased 3 vehicles through Mark Kia. The reason why we went back to Mark Kia was because of Service and Quality. When taking in our vehicl I have purchased 3 vehicles through Mark Kia. The reason why we went back to Mark Kia was because of Service and Quality. When taking in our vehicle for service we accidentally pushed wipers. When arriving we were told that they are not covered right away. So what does bumper to bumper do? Also we purchased a better grade care package. That cost us good money!! So basically I have spent thousands of dollars for you to tell me that you can not replace wiper blades that cost you what maybe a 1 or 2????? We found this out by accident...Remeber it was accidentally pushed. You may have just lost yourselves loyal customers over 2 bucks... I am upset at what I have purchased versus what I have been given.... More
