My experience with Mark Mazda has been extremely disappointing due to poor communication and follow-through after my vehicle purchase back in June of 2025. I bought a 2023 KIA Sportage with an exten disappointing due to poor communication and follow-through after my vehicle purchase back in June of 2025. I bought a 2023 KIA Sportage with an extended warranty that was supposed to cover routine services like oil changes. When I brought my vehicle to my local Kia dealership in Flagstaff, I was told my name was not properly registered with the VIN under the warranty, and I had to pay out of pocket for a service that should have been covered. After reaching out to Mark Mazda, I initially received an email response from Ian Parker, the finance manager. However, after a couple of weeks, all communication stopped, and my refund still hasn’t been processed, nor do I have information regarding the registration of my name with the VIN. Despite multiple follow-ups by phone and email, I have not received any resolution or updates. I’m very disappointed in how this situation has been handled and hope Mark Mazda takes steps to improve its communication and post-sale customer service. More

It was a really hot day and Chip, our sales guy pulled up multiple cars for us to look at and test drive - all with a smile on his face.
