Lacking effective customer service The service has declined since ownership of this facility changed. Many of the previous service advisors appear to be gone and the current advisors ar The service has declined since ownership of this facility changed. Many of the previous service advisors appear to be gone and the current advisors are not as pleasant or timely. On at least two separate occasions I arrived at the service center only to have to wait several minutes before being acknowledged. Lastly, the service advisors' lack of attention to detail and inappropriate documentation has lead to me having a discrepancy in the quantity of my remaining Toyota Care services. I do not see myself utilizing this service center in the future due to this reduction in quality customer service. More
Average It all started with ur rep Shaun who sold me the Toyota Camry. With the trade he had confirmed the price would be $9500 and later said no. My cousin bought this car and he also had a bad experience with Shaun about a year ago in regards with a mushtang. Later on the next day we wanted to finance the car the deal was done a 10,379 with the trade and again he added more charged like the tax which he said has to be paid by us. So either he doesn’t know what he’s doing or he’s fooling people to buy the car and making his commission. All in all my experience was nothing but mediocre. More
