Specifically we discussed coverage since the vehicle had a lift kit. He assured us that all OEM parts were covered. The day of purchase we encountered severe issues with the steering system. Long story short, and $2,500 dollars later it isn’t covered since we didn’t purchase optional coverage As with many reviews, they don’t return phone calls. I went to the dealership twice in person and even spoke to the general manager Tom Lewis who was insistent he returned phone calls. Three unreturned calls later, I’m still not made whole from their admitted error By far the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered in 30 years. Lack of honesty, integrity and even the least bit of professionalism. More
