Hong She was exceptional. I looked online the night before I came in and he contacted me after I had found the vehicle I was pretty sure I wanted. We arranged for me to meet him the following day. When I came in he had the vehicle there waiting for me. We drove it and we talked and I told him I would be back because I had also made an appointment to check out another vehicle. After the driving the other vehicle, my wife said she like the Highlander a lot better. I called Hong She and we set up another appointment later that day, because we had to pickup kids from school. Later I met with Hong and finalized the deal. More
Dissatisfied with car buying experience The guy (Randall Robinson ) who sold my husband the vehicle didn’t stay on top of making sure we received our paperwork in a timely fashion . He seemed helpful up until my husband signed the contract at the dealership. We purchased the vehicle on August 10th,2018 and didn’t receive paperwork until October 2,2018 . I reached out to Randall prior to October 2, 2018 ( my husband and myself on two different occasions ). Randall told me he was going to find out and never contacted me with a answer about the paperwork . My husband had to leave work and make a trip to the dealership to pick up the paperwork which was “supposedly” sitting on someone’s desk (kentrell cannon ) waiting to be mailed to us . Overall worst buying experience ever . Unprofessional and total disregard for people’s time . More
