Temporarily misplaced maintenance schedule booklet Service advisor, Ryan, had to make a trip home around 10ish. He had taken maintenance schedule booklet to complete & stamp entry for day's service. Service advisor, Ryan, had to make a trip home around 10ish. He had taken maintenance schedule booklet to complete & stamp entry for day's service. Apparently the oil change serviceman had removed it from clipboard & mislaid it...it couldn't be found by several employees when service was complete. We made a second trip to dealership to retrieve it, with multiple apologies, after it WAS found. More

Leaking tire replaced - Great Customer Service Took the car in because of tire leakage warning. I had not made an appointment, but Nick saw me parked and came out to help me. When I explained, he said he would have it checked out to protect against potential problems on the road. Discovered there was a nail in the side wall of the tire which meant it needed to be replaced due to risk of blow-out. I had not anticipated the expense of a new tire that day, but Nick's professionalism and sensitivity made it less painful to do what was necessary. He kept check and gave me updates throughout the process until my car was returned. All was done in a timely manner and with sensitivity to customer concerns. More
