He has always given my wife and I excellent sales experience. My most recent purchase I had issues however with upper management messing up my financial paperwork. What an inconvenience! I will still use this dealership in the future. I just hope this type of issue (having to sign the same paperwork 4 times) was a fluke and not a reoccurring event. Kentrell in finance was the last financial advisor we dealt with and he was pleasant to work with however my other interactions were with Dwayne and although he is a nice guy, he continually messed up and was not willing to offer any help over his mistakes. He was super friendly and thorough! He made sure that my phone was connected, my apps were downloaded and i knew about all the new standard safety features! He also scheduled my first oil change and pointed out there was a spot on my drivers side window where the tint had bubbled and he immediately called someone to see how soon we could get it fixed! I have yet to have a bad experience at this dealership! Always quick and friendly service in the service department and wonderful sales associates who make sure I'm taken care of even when I'm just wondering around waiting for my car to be serviced. Love this dealership and send everyone their way! More

No he didn't pressure me or I was swayed away from another dealership that I had loyally stayed with for over 20 years and 7 vehicles by Larry Parks.
