Service rider was rude and grumpy I have brought my cars here for the past 5 years or so and even purchased from this dealership. But this Saturday, the service rider was not friendly I have brought my cars here for the past 5 years or so and even purchased from this dealership. But this Saturday, the service rider was not friendly at all, to the point of being rude. When I ask questions he was short and acted as though he had better things to do. He informed me that I was over 25,00 miles and I told him the service light didn’t come on until the mileage was over 25,000. The car was at 25,500 approximately. He said he would have to adjust the paperwork. Then as I was waiting in the lobby for my car, I could overhear him talking to another service rider about customers bringing in vehicles out of warranty and what they have to do to correct. When the vehicle had been serviced he had me sign docs and walked me out to where my car was. I drove away and the screen showing the speed was not showing and it said I had to reset it. I drove back in and ask him what they had done to it. He was really short, and got in the car, pushed some buttons and said, you only had to move the arrows. Which was not the case while I was driving. I have never seen that guy in there before and I will ask for a different service rider next time I go unless I go to another dealer. Needless to say I have never encountered that before at this dealership. Most are overly friendly, he was not!!!! More

Used truck Purchased 2010 Toyota Tacoma and my sales guy was Bruce Davis. Before 48 hours after my purchase, i go outside to start my new truck to let it warm up Purchased 2010 Toyota Tacoma and my sales guy was Bruce Davis. Before 48 hours after my purchase, i go outside to start my new truck to let it warm up before I leave for work at 630am, my truck would not start that morning. I text Bruce immediately. He didn't text back or call. I texted again once I got to work. Bruce responded to the second text and told me to jump it off. Unbelievable! As of today, May 4th, I still have not heard back from Bruce. Poor customer service. Poor performance by your salesperson. And, I found out that the truck had it's original battery that was 8 years old. Toyota Mclarty couldn't have at the very least put a new battery in before you sold it? Wow. And, I still am waiting for my windshield that Bruce said he would have replaced. Remember BRUCE, "we owe you a windshield". Disgusted with how I have been conned and ignored. More
Somehow I feel like I always felt after Sears maintenance I WOULD RECOMMEND WITH CAUTION. KEEP AN EYE ON THEM! SEARS WOULD ALWAYS "find" SOMETHING ELSE TO SELL ME. I RECENTLY HAD MY CAR IN TO PURCHASE 2 I WOULD RECOMMEND WITH CAUTION. KEEP AN EYE ON THEM! SEARS WOULD ALWAYS "find" SOMETHING ELSE TO SELL ME. I RECENTLY HAD MY CAR IN TO PURCHASE 2 TIRES, ONE OF WHICH HAD BEEN SEVERELY DAMAGED BY A POTHOLE.THE ASSOCIATE BOUGHT OUT AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE THAT HE SAID WAS BROKEN OFF INSIDE THE TIRE WHEN IT HIT THE POTHOLE. THIS MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TRUE BUT HAVING NO WAY OF KNOWING, I FORKED OVER THE EXTRA $150 BUCKS THE DEALER CHARGED TO CHANGE IT OUT. I MIGHT BE WRONG BUT I FELT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I MIGHT BE WRONG BUT I'M JUST SAYING HOW I FELT. More
