Warranty Service Repairs I’ve owned and driven my own or my wife’s Subaru for over 30 years. Currently I own a 2018 Legacy. They repaired two Recall items - the first time any I’ve owned and driven my own or my wife’s Subaru for over 30 years. Currently I own a 2018 Legacy. They repaired two Recall items - the first time any recalls were issued on any model Subaru I’ve owned. Although the fixes were taken care of in 45 minutes or less, it took Subaru several months to engineer one of the two fixes. I read in the news just yesterday that several models will yet again have a recall issued for another issue concerning break lights. What’s up with all recalls? More
Fast friendly service I signed up for a normal service on my forester. I was able to get scheduled at a convenient time and the service went well. When I set up the appointment, I left a note online about an issue that needed to be looked at. The service writer said the note didn't get through the system. Bottom line, the appointment scheduler works fine but don't try to leave any communications to the scheduler using the online screen, better to just call them. More
