Your service dept was much more relaxed and unhurried with time taken to hear my concerns and offer great feedback. Thanks to my service writer, Austin Sharp, for his informed, attentive and friendly demeanor. Without my saying anything about a groan in the transmission, Austin picked up on that when he drove the car out of the write-up bay and offered a possible solution - something Nate Wade could not do or be bothered to look into. He also took the time to discuss other issues in a genuine and engaging manner - something Nate Wade's service writers were always too busy to do. Many thanks! BTW - Austin should be added to your list of employees!!! More

Best Service I’ve been driving for 60 years. I am usually loathe to take my car to a dealership for service, but Mark Miller changed all that! They were easy to I’ve been driving for 60 years.
