have been in the car industry since 1996 , I love when a customer is so excited to get there new car ,it reminds me when i was little waiting to see what was under the tree on christmas morning . I also love the outdoors , camping , hiking , fishing , and my great family who has been a great support in a career that I love to preform every day since that 1st of july 1996 . I have four wonderful kids , two boys , and two girls, and my beautiful best friend ( my wife of 20 years) , I won the lottery of life when I was hired at my current dealership because they make it easy to take care of the customer no matter what it takes . and I look forward to the next 20 years of helping my customers with that christmas morning feeling , and always taking care of their family and friends for years to come .

They will come to your home or work and pick up your car to have it serviced. They also have loaner cars if needed. Then when they are finished they wash your car and bring it back. I just purchased my 6th Outback from Mark Miller South Towne. They found me the exact car I was looking for while others said there were none to be had. Super quick service Very pleased with our service experience this morning at Mark Miller Subaru. Barely had enough time to eat a wonderful home-cooked breakfast burrito at their lunch counter right there next to the service department. Having a chance to eat a good breakfast is a very nice bonus. Thanks! More

I had scheduled a 48K service and was advised there was also a warranty recall o As in the past, a very positive experience at the service department. I had scheduled a 48K service and was advised there was also a warranty recall on the vehicle. When I pulled into the service bay, I was immediately greeted by the Service Advisor, Sarah Harper. She was pleasant, helpful and professional. While I was waiting she kept me updated on not only the routine service but the warranty repair and the amount of time that would be required to complete the process. She was also very informative about the specifics of the warranty recall. I have now owned my Outback for 5 years and have had continuously positive interactions with the entire staff at Miller South Towne. Based on my experience I continue to refer friends who are looking to buy a new car to the dealership. More
