My vehicle wasn't fixed as the same problem still exists. First, while dropping off my vehicle, I was ignored and the service people helped check in 3 other vehicles before me and my ride was late for work. Second, No one talked to me about what they found and what they did to actually service my vehicle? I just received a voice mail several hours later that my vehicle was fixed and to come pay and pick it up. I don't know if I should bring my vehicle back to you or go to another Chevy/Cadillac service center? The problem still exists, $200 for nothing. More
He kept on changing the timeline of the service for my traverse, left it on Tuesday night, said it would be done by Thursday, Thursday came said it would be end of day, and then at the end of the day he s traverse, left it on Tuesday night, said it would be done by Thursday, Thursday came said it would be end of day, and then at the end of the day he said 10 to 11am on Friday, Friday came and then pushed to noon, and then 12:35, and then he said that he would send me a shuttle to pick me up since I had my other vehicle my Cruze in service as well, it never came so I had to order an uber. And then I got there around 12:45pm and then I was actually out the door by almost 2pm, this is frustrating since we needed a car to travel, never gave me a courtesy car or anything. And then I paid $3,000 for something that I paid to get the A/C fixed last June and paid $2,000 and then I took it back in, in August of 2025, and then he stated that the A/C was leaking because of a clogged cabin air filter, and then to come back and have the A/C not work for a third time to get charged so much, I was pretty upset that I had to put in about $5,000 for an A/C that should've been fixed the first time and not the third time. More
