The part that I needed for the warranty repair was
ordered based upon technician inspection back in March. I was never called that this part was in. It was never followed up upon. I had to call and fi
ordered based upon technician inspection back in March. I was never called that this part was in. It was never followed up upon. I had to call and find out that it was actually in parts. This is not the first time this has happened with Martin Chevrolet. When I arrived with my vehicle, to have the third brake light on the top of the Silverado cab replaced, the service advisor, looked at it and said I don't see any water in it. In order for us to submit this as a claim, we need to have a picture of it with the water in it. And I replied, you should've taken that picture back in March when you had it here and there was water in it and you ordered the part. That said, they went ahead and supposedly fixed it and charged the repair. they do a good job, when they do it. They do a good job when they're aware that they're supposed to do a good job, but the customer shouldn't have to follow up and see that part is there. I've had to do this twice. This truck only has 34,000 miles on it and the warranty repairs, mixed with the Service has definitely turned me off to Chevrolet.
